An Olympic Champion signs a sponsoring contract with the TIBHAR Club of Hennebont!

Great performance for the club GV Hennebont : starting next season the Olympic Champion Ryu Seung Min (Korea) will join the French top club of the Pro A.

The world-class player is right now playing with the club SVS Niederösterreich.

The president of the club, Mr Bruno Abraham, assisted by his director of sports Boris Abraham especially came to Seoul for the contract signature.

Not only was Ryu Seung Min impressed by the club management, but the player made his little investigation with Kalinikos Kreanga.

Ryu Seung Min, who has uninterruptedly belonged to the World Top 10 for the last 4 years (but also for the last 6 years to the Top 20) remains unbeatable in the current season of the Champions League.

It is during the return match opposing the French Club to Ryu’s current club, SVS Niederösterreich, that the management of Hennebont noticed the Korean player.

If Hennebont managed to win the first game in Vienna with a spectacular score of 3 :1 against players such as Werner Schlager, Chen Weixing and the Japanese number 1 Kan Yo, they lost the match back, where the Austrians replaced the world ranking number 17, Kan Yo, with Ryu Seung Min, who brought his team to the victory in front of over 1000 conquered spectators.

GV Hennebont who belongs to the European elites and won the French Championships 3 times in a row in 2005, 2006 and 2007 is hoping, thanks to the hire of Ryu Seung Min, to keep his supremacy in France but also on the European scene and to become Champions League winner!
